Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using TradeAnchor Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

TradeAnchor Desk is a self-service workflow tool that helps contractor owners capture leads, organize customers, manage follow-ups, track estimates, and keep job activity in one place.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a contracting business or represent one. The app is not intended for children under 13.

• Provide accurate account information at signup and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share accounts.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Use the app lawfully and within the scope these Terms describe.

As the contractor owner, you remain responsible for all aspects of your business, including: contractor licensing, permits, bonding, insurance, taxes, pricing, written customer agreements, work quality, safety, warranties, service delivery, employee classification, and compliance with local, state, and federal rules - including consumer protection laws and advertising rules.

You are responsible for having permission to enter customer information into TradeAnchor Desk and for using that information lawfully. You are responsible for providing any customer notice or consent required by your jurisdiction.

Estimate tools and estimate statuses in TradeAnchor Desk are organizational records. The contractor is responsible for accuracy, pricing, scope, taxes, change orders, permits, written terms, and customer approval. An estimate stored in the app is not a contract on its own.

Business profile fields (trade, service area, hours, services offered) are organizational only. Listing a service does not authorize you to perform it. You must independently confirm the licensing, permitting, insurance, and qualification requirements for any service you offer.

TradeAnchor Desk does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, licensing, bonding, safety, employment, or construction advice. Information shown in the app is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

The app does not guarantee leads, sales, jobs, contracts, revenue, approvals, permits, compliance, customer satisfaction, or business success.

• TradeAnchor Desk is offered as a beta service. Beta access is free and no credit card is required at signup.
• Beta access is promotional and limited. Prices published on the pricing page are planned pricing for general release and may change before then.
• During beta access you have full use of leads, customers, follow-ups, and estimates.
• Because this is beta software, features may change, be adjusted, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable at times. No uptime, availability, or support response time is guaranteed during the beta.
• No billing is active during the beta. We will notify account owners before any paid plan begins, and you will be able to choose whether to continue. If an account later ends without a paid plan, it moves to read-only: you can still sign in, view, and export your records, and your public lead form keeps capturing new requests, while creating and editing is turned off until a plan is chosen.
• We do not delete your account data when access changes. See the Privacy Policy for the retention approach.
• "Founding beta customer" recognizes accounts created during the beta. It is a recognition and early-access designation only. It is not a discount, credit, or pricing guarantee.

Payment processing is not connected yet, so no subscription billing, checkout, or card collection happens in TradeAnchor Desk today. When billing is enabled, payment will be completed on the payment provider's own hosted checkout and TradeAnchor Desk will not store card numbers. No real SMS messages are sent and no call recording is enabled during the beta. If any of these features is activated in a future release, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, user consent language, and compliance workflows will be updated before that feature is enabled.

• Do not use the app to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
• Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, role permissions, or account boundaries.
• Do not use the app to send unlawful marketing or unsolicited messages.
• Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
• Do not use the app for illegal activity.

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter. TradeAnchor may process that data as needed to operate the app, provide support, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may schedule downtime for maintenance, updates, or security. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, illegal activity, security risk, repeated spam, or violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAnchor Desk is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TradeAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeAnchor and its service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from (a) your use of the app, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) your handling of customer information through the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a final legal review, these Terms are intended for use by a U.S.-based business operating from Missouri, and are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
