Acceptable Use Policy

TradeAnchor Desk is workflow software for contractor owners. The following uses are prohibited on the platform and may result in account suspension or termination.

• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Fraud, deception, or impersonation of another person or business.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or harvesting contacts.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at any person.
• Misleading estimates, prices, or service promises to customers.
• Uploading customer data you do not have authorization to use.
• Selling, renting, or sharing customer lists obtained from other contractors.
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of data from the platform.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized people to access an account.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, role-based access, or RLS controls.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or content designed to harm the platform or other users.
• Misusing demo data, test accounts, or seeded contractor accounts.
• Using the app to discriminate unlawfully against customers, employees, or workers.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access non-public APIs.

We may investigate suspected violations, restrict access, suspend an account, or terminate service. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement when required by law.
