Estimates created, tracked, or displayed in TradeAnchor Desk reflect the information entered by the contractor at the time the estimate was created. They are not a binding contract by themselves.

Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection, material cost changes, labor needs, scope changes, permit requirements, code requirements, hidden conditions discovered on the job site, or customer approval of optional work.

The contractor is solely responsible for the final estimate, invoice, written contract, and workmanship provided to the customer. The contractor is responsible for accuracy, scope, and compliance with applicable consumer-protection rules in their jurisdiction.

TradeAnchor Desk is not a party to any agreement between the contractor and the customer. TradeAnchor Desk does not guarantee any estimate, price, completion date, material price, warranty, or outcome.

Customers should always review the contractor's full written agreement, including price, scope, payment terms, warranty, change-order process, and cancellation policy, before authorizing work.
