What this covers
- Email only. Stop marketing and non-essential email.
- Phone only. Do not call this number.
- SMS only. Do not send SMS. SMS is not enabled during the beta, but the request is recorded.
- All communications. Remove from every non-essential channel.
- Other. Describe a specific channel or contact you want stopped.
Essential service or legal notices (security incidents, billing disputes, legal obligations) may still be sent where required.
