TradeAnchor Desk is designed to support organization, transparency, and responsible data handling for contractor workflow. It does not make a contractor compliant by itself.
Beta notice. TradeAnchor Desk is in beta. New accounts get free beta access with no credit card required. Beta access is promotional and limited, and pricing may change before general release. When billing is switched on you choose a paid plan to keep adding and editing records; your data is never deleted. SMS messaging and third-party phone integrations are not enabled during the beta.

TradeAnchor Desk includes:

- Terms of use
- Data rights page
- User account structure
- Role-based data access
- Contractor-owned records
- Data request language
3. Estimate and customer communication compliance
Contractors should make sure estimates, prices, terms, deposits, refunds, cancellations, and service promises comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
4. Insurance and licensing disclaimer
TradeAnchor Desk does not verify licensing, insurance, permits, trade credentials, or bonding. Confirm these with the appropriate authority in your area.
5. Payments and SMS
Payment processing and SMS messaging are not enabled during the beta. Before activation, TradeAnchor Desk will require additional consent language, communication preferences, payment terms, and applicable compliance review.
