Data Rights

• Access. Get a copy of the personal information associated with your account.
• Correction. Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Export. Get an export of your data in a portable format.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention limits.
• Opt out of marketing. Stop non-essential marketing communications.
• Do not contact. Request that we limit contact to essential service messages only.
• Other privacy request. Anything else about your information.

SMS is not enabled during the beta. Payment processing and subscription billing are not enabled during the beta.

We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of an account before we act on a request. We will not ask for passwords, Social Security numbers, or payment information to verify a request.

Requests are reviewed by a human and are not instant in the beta. We acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible and respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to your request.

Some information may be retained even after a deletion request when it is needed for:

• Legal, tax, regulatory, or recordkeeping requirements.
• Security and fraud-prevention purposes (for example, audit logs).
• Backup snapshots that age out on a scheduled cycle.
• Dispute resolution or contract enforcement.
